  • We clean homes back to the year 1985. if your home is older than 1985 we require asbestos remediation or negative asbestos test results.

  • Yes, air duct cleaning has been show to improve long term air quality in homes. Its important to note though immediately after cleaning there can be a slight increase in dust in the air. this goes away within a few days

  • If you do a proper cleaning, including all branch and return lines and all trunk lines depending on some other external factors most homes only need them done about every 5 years

  • There are some key things to watch out for. 1) super low prices or to good to be true exclusive offers. 2) Most homes require two techs on sight for 3-5 hours per furnace. 3) For a negative air cleaning its very likely there will be a hole cut in your ductwork around your furnace. most often this is the only way to thoroughly clean the main trunk line.
