Step 1 — Measure & Assess

Step 2 — Seal

This is where the magic happens; Aeroseal seals leaks from the inside, even the ones you can’t reach.

  • Prep the system: block/register prep and equipment setup

  • Pressurize the duct system and deliver Aeroseal particles through the vents

  • Seal forms only at leak points, building up until leaks are closed

  • Keep the home clean and contained during the sealing process

Step 3 — Results & Documentation

You don’t have to “hope” it worked; we measure and document the improvement.

  • Post-seal duct leakage test to verify results

  • Before-and-after documentation showing leakage reduction

  • A clear report you can keep for your records (and any rebates/tax credit documentation)

  • Final walkthrough + system reset so everything is ready to run normally
