Our Process

Kansas City home ductwork cleaned to NADCA-style standards with before/after photos

Step 1 — Measure & Assess

We start with a walkthrough to prep your home and confirm the system is ready for a proper cleaning.

  • Confirm the HVAC system is off and registers are set for cleaning

  • Lay down protective plastic where needed to keep your home clean

  • Set up our Power Vac connection from the vacuum to the furnace room

  • Isolate supply/return as needed so debris doesn’t pass through the furnace during the process

Step 2 — Clean

This is the deep-clean step, done under controlled suction so dust doesn’t blow through your home.

  • Bring the system under negative pressure using our high-powered vacuum system

  • Clean each branch line with agitation tools that push debris back to the trunk

  • Clean the main trunk lines (supply & return) with specialized tools designed for larger duct runs

  • Remove and clean register covers and return grilles, then reinstall securely

  • Finish with a furnace airflow component, clean so that everything moving air is clean when we’re done

Step 3 — Results & Documentation

We don’t leave you guessing; we verify the work and back it up with proof.

  • Before-and-after photos of the system

  • Documentation of what was cleaned and what we found along the way

  • Final system check to confirm the job was completed properly

  • Clean workspace and a quick walkthrough so you can see the results

  • Guarantee: If anything doesn’t feel right after we leave, call us, we’ll make it right
